These terms govern use of the Laundry Velvetroad website (velvetroad.autos) and booking of laundry services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Croatia.

• Details here apply to terms work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Laundry Velvetroad (this site).
• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Zagreb visitors.
• Hold policies: deposits for laundry sessions on this site are noted on your ticket; no-shows after written confirmation may forfeit the hold under Croatia consumer rules that still apply.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to visit@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.
